obtenci\u00f3n ya que no se encuentra en otros lugares de la planta como el tallo, las hojas o las flores.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">Los <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\"><i><b>beneficios de la curcumina para la salud son innumerables<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">Muchos beneficios han sido descubiertos por m\u00e9dicos y cient\u00edficos, pero tambi\u00e9n se han hecho parte de la tradici\u00f3n del pueblo ya que se ha divulgado esta informaci\u00f3n de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n y los hind\u00faes la han compartido con otras personas para que puedan beneficiarse de sus muchas curcumina<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">La curcumina se encuentra en la ra\u00edz de <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/masvidasana.com\/propiedades-de-la-curcuma\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\"><b>la c\u00farcuma<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">, por lo cual se puede preparar como t\u00e9 a base de esta ra\u00edz, pero el extracto o polvo es lo que se utiliza como condimento en muchos alimentos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">Incluso se utiliza tambi\u00e9n como colorante para algunas cosas siendo la base principal del curry que le da ese caracter\u00edstico color amarillo, por lo que cuando est\u00e1s comiendo ese delicioso pollo al curry est\u00e1s consumiendo curcumina, en una menor proporci\u00f3n, pero la estar\u00e1s consumiendo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">Igualmente <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\"><i><b>tambi\u00e9n se encuentra en la mostaza<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">, permitiendo que \u00e9sta tome ese mismo color amarillo que ten\u00edan las t\u00fanicas de los monjes hind\u00faes las cuales eran te\u00f1idas con un polvo a base de c\u00farcuma.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">Otra forma de consumirla es con <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\"><i><b>p\u00edldoras que contienen el polvo de la misma<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\"><b>Propiedades medicinales de la curcumina <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">La curcumina, al ser el principio activo de la c\u00farcuma, tiene las mismas propiedades curativas y medicinales, entre las cuales <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\"><i><b>destaca por su importancia su propiedad anticancer\u00edgena<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\">Dentro de las m\u00faltiples acciones que tienen en el organismo en contra del c\u00e1ncer destacan las propiedades antiinflamatorias y su capacidad para reducir la proliferaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas cancer\u00edgenas, ayudando incluso a eliminarlas gracias a que promueve su muerte natural tambi\u00e9n conocida como En la antig\u00fcedad era com\u00fan utilizar las hierbas o plantas seg\u00fan sus colores para la cura de ciertas enfermedades, por lo que la c\u00farcuma fue utilizada para la <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\"><i><b>cura de enfermedades hep\u00e1ticas como la lang=\"es-VE\">No estaban muy lejos de la realidad los m\u00e9dicos tradicionales hind\u00faes, solo que lo que curaba no era precisamente el color amarillo de la c\u00farcuma, sino que su principio activo, es decir, la curcumina, elimina las c\u00e9lulas muertas del h\u00edgado y mata aquellas c\u00e9lulas da\u00f1inas que ocasionan la cirrosis y otras enfermedades de este \u00f3rgano.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-VE\"><b>Beneficios principales de la
